I am interested in interweaving polarities. Formally, I try to do this through the juxtaposition of grids. This juxtaposition takes place through several techniques including: hybridization, transparency, erasure, and iteration/reiteration. My hope is that these techniques cause forms to collude and collide into ambiguous hierarchies. I think that these polarities brings belief systems into conflict, resulting in uncertainty.
